LTC (Ret.) Mikey Hartman is a globally recognized marksmanship expert, military trainer, entrepreneur, and innovator with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning elite military operations and the defense industry. As a 22-year veteran of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Hartman authored Israel’s modern shooting doctrine, established and commanded the IDF Sharpshooting & Marksmanship School, and transformed the IDF into one of the world’s most respected fighting forces for marksmanship and weapons proficiency.
